Celebrate the 4th of July the Humboldt way – all day long in Old Town Eureka. From 10am-5pm, partake in a fun-filled festival that spans more than 5 city blocks! The streets will be packed to the gills with Independence Day spirit, which includes food vendors and trucks, crafts & locally make goods, kids activities, fine art & info tables. There will also be two live music stages, one at the Gazebo on 2nd street and the other at Mantova’s at Second and C Streets, Madaket cruises, horse carriage rides and speeder car races (1st & E Streets), to boot! The festival concludes at 10pm, with a stunning display of fireworks over the Humboldt Bay.
