Launched in April 2022, The Boardroom Ferndale is a restaurant and charcuterie tasting room located on Main Street in the Victorian Village of Ferndale. Their popular “boards” feature their own cured meats made in-house in the European tradition at their flagship restaurant and production facility in nearby Eureka, CA.
